The facility is anchored by two 23,000 SF soundstages featuring overhead grids, 7,200 amps of power, and 20’ x 20’ elephant doors for seamless stage access. Four 15,000 SF flex production spaces support everything from rehearsal and prep to build and auxiliary production functions, while 67,000 SF of on-site parking provides ample capacity for large crews and equipment.
